Skin Cancer and Mole (Nevus) Monitoring: Screening and diagnosis of all skin cancers, as well as treatment of precancerous lesions such as actinic keratoses, are performed in our department. For patients at risk of melanoma, mole monitoring is conducted using computerized dermatoscopy. When necessary, full-body mole mapping and digital documentation are also carried out during follow-up visits.
Laser Therapy: Laser treatment is used for vascular dilations (telangiectasias) on the face and lower extremities, melasma, tattoos, freckles, sunspots (solar lentigines), angiomas, port-wine stains, and nail fungus infections.
Consultation is available for cosmetic product use and anti-aging applications. Cosmetic procedures themselves are performed within our Aesthetic Unit.

1) DERMATOCOSMETIC PROCEDURES
• Botox: Cosmetic botulinum toxin injections effectively reduce or eliminate dynamic wrinkles and fine lines caused by facial expressions. It is also used to prevent excessive sweating in areas such as the underarms, hands, and feet by injecting diluted botulinum toxin into the necessary regions.
• Filler Injections: Hyaluronic acid-based fillers are applied to areas such as the face, lips, hands, and neck to restore volume, smooth deep wrinkles, and enhance facial contours. The duration of results varies depending on the product used.
• Facial Mesotherapy (Mesolifting): This treatment rejuvenates and revitalizes the skin by injecting a mixture of vitamins (A, C, E), antioxidants, amino acids, and hyaluronic acid into the skin. It can be applied to the face, neck, and hands.
• Gold Needle RF (Radiofrequency): Adjustable micro-needles create fractional micro-perforations in the skin, and radiofrequency energy is delivered to induce localized dermal coagulation. It is highly effective for skin rejuvenation, pore tightening, sebum regulation, and scar treatment.
• Chemical Peeling: A chemical exfoliation method that renews the skin, brightens complexion, and tightens pores using dermatologically selected agents. It is effective on dull, blemished, acne-prone, and uneven skin.
• Roller / Microneedling: A device with fine needles creates controlled micro-injuries on the skin, stimulating collagen production and skin regeneration. It can be combined with mesotherapy, vitamin serums, masks, or PRP treatments for enhanced results.
• Hair Mesotherapy: Helps prevent hair loss, strengthen existing hair follicles, and promote new hair growth by injecting platelet-rich plasma (PRP) or vitamin-enriched solutions into the scalp.
• Stem Cell Therapy: A small skin sample taken from behind the ear is used to culture fibroblast stem cells in a laboratory, which are then injected into targeted areas. This increases cell regeneration, resulting in firmer, younger, and more radiant skin.
• PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma): Platelet-rich plasma obtained from the patient’s own blood is injected or combined with other dermatological treatments such as microneedling, RF, or laser. It promotes radiance, firmness, and rejuvenation while helping heal acne scars, surgical marks, and keloids.
• Hand Rejuvenation: Laser and filler treatments reduce age-related volume loss, wrinkles, and pigmentation on the hands.
2) LASER APPLICATIONS
• Laser Skin Resurfacing: Laser energy rejuvenates the upper skin layer while restructuring collagen in the deeper layers, improving tightness, tone, and radiance. Different wavelengths can be used depending on the patient’s skin needs.
• Laser for Pigmentation and Freckles: Q-switched laser systems are used to lighten dark spots, freckles, and uneven skin tone. Multiple sessions may be required.
• Laser for Acne and Stretch Marks: Q-switched lasers are used for the treatment of active acne, acne scars, and stretch marks. Multiple sessions may be necessary for optimal results.
• Laser for Capillary Vessels: 1064nm Nd:YAG and 532nm KTP laser systems target hemoglobin in the blood vessels, causing them to shrink and disappear. It is effective for conditions such as rosacea, facial and leg telangiectasias, spider angiomas, strawberry angiomas, and port-wine stains.
• Laser Tattoo Removal: Q-switched lasers safely remove tattoos in multiple sessions, depending on the ink color and depth.
• Laser Hair Lightening: For fine hairs unsuitable for laser hair removal, Q-switched lasers can be used to lighten them, with periodic maintenance sessions recommended.
• Laser Removal of Benign Skin Lesions: Er:YAG lasers (2940nm) are used for the removal of benign growths such as seborrheic keratoses, papillomas, syringomas, and xanthelasmas.
• Carbon Peeling: After applying a carbon lotion, Q-switched laser energy is used to exfoliate and rejuvenate the skin, reducing imperfections, refining pores, and enhancing skin brightness.
• Alexandrite Laser Hair Removal: A state-of-the-art hair removal laser that targets and destroys hair follicles using laser light. Sessions are typically spaced 5–6 weeks apart, with full results achieved after 5–8 sessions depending on hair type and area treated.
• Needle Epilation: A fine needle is inserted into each hair follicle, and low-level electrical energy is applied to destroy the follicle, resulting in permanent hair removal.
3) SKIN CARE TREATMENTS
• Medical Facial: A treatment that cleanses the skin of excess oil, blackheads, and impurities that cause dullness, restoring freshness and radiance.
• Peeling and Microdermabrasion: These methods help reduce pigmentation, fine lines, enlarged pores, acne scars, and blackheads while improving skin tone, hydration, and brightness.
• Lifting and Anti-Aging Care: A restorative treatment designed for tired, dull, and less elastic skin to promote regeneration and a youthful glow.
• Acne Treatment Facial: Designed for oily and combination skin types, this treatment balances oil and moisture levels while targeting acne and clogged pores.
• Anti-Aging Eye Treatment: Revitalizes under-eye skin, reduces puffiness, and minimizes fine lines.
• Keratin Lash Lift: A treatment that strengthens and enhances lashes for a fuller and more lifted appearance. The treatment nourishes lashes with pigments, keratin, and vitamins, maintaining curl and volume for 8–12 weeks.
• Teen Skin Care: Tailored for individuals aged 11–18, this treatment targets acne, blackheads, and skin impurities caused by hormonal changes during adolescence.
