From the moment you enter our hospital, our Information and Reception Team will welcome you and assist you with all in-hospital procedures.

If desired, all personal belongings of our patients and companions may be safely delivered to the Information and Reception Desk for safekeeping.

For our inpatients, the Information and Reception Team delivers daily newspapers and magazines every morning.

Food and Beverage Services

Within our hospital, there are three cafeterias — two located in Block A and one in Block D, as well as an À La Carte Restaurant in the Block C lobby.

We provide 24-hour room service for our guests.

Birth Photography

We make your first moments with your baby unforgettable...

We capture the excitement before birth and the miracle of the moment of birth through photography.

Valet Parking Services

With our Valet Parking Service, you can easily arrive at the hospital with your own vehicle and hand it over to our valet, allowing you to complete your hospital procedures quickly without wasting time searching for parking.

Free Parking Service

You may comfortably come to our hospital with your own vehicle and benefit from our free parking facilities.

Dry Cleaning Service

Our inpatient guests may contact extension 1410 for information regarding our Dry Cleaning Service.

Güven Library

The Güven Library offers a collection of more than 1,500 books in categories such as personal development, literature, history, health, poetry, and English-language works.

To benefit from the library, you may contact our Human Resources and Training Department. After reading, please return the books to the responsible staff on your ward so that other guests may also benefit from them.
