Designed more like a play area than a typical hospital setting, our pediatric outpatient clinics have been carefully created to meet every need and expectation of children. With an experienced team of pediatric specialists and healthcare professionals, we provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for all childhood diseases. Our hospital offers two types of pediatric outpatient clinics with different concepts: the Appointment-Based Pediatric Clinic, which operates during regular working hours, and the Walk-In Pediatric Clinic, which is open 24/7. At the Güven Çayyolu Healthy Living Campus, our pediatric department serves patients on weekdays from 08:00 to 23:00, on Saturdays from 08:00 to 18:00, and on Sundays from 09:00 to 18:00.
The Appointment-Based Pediatric Clinic is located on the 5th floor of Block C. Like all departments in our hospital, this clinic was designed by an award-winning architectural team with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction, in compliance with JCI standards. Featuring a play area, colorful wall decorations for children, a comfortable waiting area for parents, and dedicated rooms for breastfeeding and diaper changing, the pediatric clinic is one of the most vibrant and child-friendly areas of our hospital, designed to meet the needs of both children and parents.
Our clinic operates by appointment, with each session lasting 30 minutes. Appointments can be scheduled through our call center or directly at the pediatric clinic reception desk.
In addition to the general pediatrics section, this floor also houses specialized units such as pediatric nephrology, pediatric endocrinology, pediatric neurology, pediatric surgery, and child psychiatry.
The Social Pediatrics Unit provides general child check-ups, follow-up for premature and newborn babies, hearing and heel-prick screening tests, and vaccination services. During newborn check-ups, breastfeeding consultants provide breastfeeding education when necessary. If needed, coordination with the neonatal department and other hospital clinics is established promptly.
The Walk-In Pediatric Clinic is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and staffed by experienced pediatric specialists. Between 09:00–23:00, there are at least two pediatricians on duty, and between 23:00–09:00, at least one pediatrician is available. During epidemic periods, the number of physicians is increased to meet patient demand.
Patients who require observation, extended treatment, or inpatient care can be admitted to the inpatient wards and observation rooms located on the same floor as the Appointment-Based Pediatric Clinic.
At the Güven Çayyolu Healthy Living Campus, our pediatric department also provides comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for childhood illnesses with a team of expert physicians.
