Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Unit
The Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Unit provides services for the assessment and treatment of movement and functional impairments related to musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions by planning and implementing individualized rehabilitation processes. In the unit, the patient’s current condition is evaluated in detail by a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist, and the treatment plan is structured according to the patient’s individual needs.
Rehabilitation programs are planned through the coordinated work of physicians, physiotherapists, and other relevant healthcare professionals. Treatments are then delivered by this multidisciplinary team. Throughout the process, the patient’s functional capacity, exercise performance, adaptation to daily living activities, and response to treatment are monitored regularly.
The aim is to ensure that the rehabilitation process is carried out safely, in a controlled manner, and in accordance with evidence-based approaches.
