Pathology

The aim of our pathology laboratory is to provide the most accurate diagnosis in the shortest possible time and to report results in accordance with international standards. Our laboratory includes several specialized units: macroscopic examination for gross tissue evaluation, routine histology for technical processing, cytopathology for cellular-level analysis, special histochemistry for selected cases, and immunohistochemistry performed with standardized automated systems. In addition, intraoperative consultation (frozen section) is performed during surgeries when pathological evaluation is required, providing immediate results to guide the surgical procedure.
