"Güven Academy" Certified Training Programs

Our "Güven Academy" training programs, in which all our employees participate, are primarily organized under the title of "Healthcare Services Management" and are designed to include our paramedical department employees.

The Güven Academy training program lasts for six weeks and includes both professional/technical and personal development modules. The program consists of approximately 60 hours of activities with training content delivered under 40 main topics. The Academy’s instructor staff is composed of experts from within the Güven Healthcare Group. At the end of the program, a certification exam is administered to assess awareness and achievement levels, and certificates are ceremoniously presented to successful participants by our senior executives.
