The aim of the Career Management System is to ensure that our employees progress in roles where they can achieve success. To this end, the performance and competencies of employees are evaluated to identify areas for improvement, and through training and development programs, we aim to build a qualified workforce that meets the needs of the organization.
The purpose of the Job Family Model is to determine the job scope and competencies of each position within Güven, and to establish an environment that enables effective functioning of Human Resources systems such as compensation management, performance evaluation, and career planning.
